Woodrow Mercer Learning - Senior HR Consultant Woodrow Mercer Learning are currently recruiting on behalf of a Top 20 Accounting Firm who are searching for a Senior HR Consultant to join their dynamic and high-performing team based in Milton Keynes. Role Overview As the Senior HR Consultant you will be responsible for delivering excellent, proactive and commercial HR and consultancy services to a diverse range of clients across different market sectors as well as working across all designated recurring and ad hoc/project client opportunities. What you will be doing: Providing issue led solutions and advice that create great value for clients. Identifying potential opportunities for HR and consultancy work alongside of the client focused team and Associate Directors. Delivering recurring, ad hoc and project work to clients on a both onsite and remote basis. Managing a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of work types and market sectors. Providing clients with HR advice and guidance, that is compliant with UK employment law and legislation.
