Overview
Senior Private Client Solicitor Birmingham, £50k Respected practice offering competitive remuneration seeks a senior Private Client Solicitor, ideally with expertise in Trusts. You will take on a busy and varied private client caseload, advising medium and high net worth clients on a range of issues. You will be comfortable advising on estate planning, inheritance tax issues and the creation of trusts with a view to wealth preservation. In return the firm offers a competitive package and has a structured path for career progression. Salary will be dependent on experience and is expected to £50,000 or above. The city centre office is conveniently situated and easily accessible via public transport. This role would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of five years post qualification experience and excellent technical and client facing skills. Whilst not essential, STEP membership is highly desirable.
