Overview
My client a Social Housing contractor are currently recruiting for a Carpenter/Multi Trader for one of their London based contracts. The role will entail day to day maintenance and repairs in occupied properties throughout London. A Van and Fuel card will be provided to assist you in carrying out your duties. The client will ensure that jobs are in the same area to prevent long periods of time spent getting to jobs. The successful candidate will be mindful that they are doing work in peoples homes and be polite and tidy whilst carrying out work. These roles need to be filled ASAP and therefore interviews will be swiftly. This is a Temp to Perm role. Resourcing Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
