Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual that will integrate well within our existing energetic team. To be suitable for the role the applicant will need to be self-motivated and keen to make a positive influence. Responsibilities: Data entry of supplier invoices. Supplier payments. Monitoring and controlling purchase orders. Expenses verifications and payments. General Purchase Ledger. Vehicle and mobile phone monitoring. Reporting and assisting the Finance Director and Accounts Manager with spreadsheets. Providing administrative assistance to the central team. Having good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are key skills essential to the role. SAGE knowledge would be preferable but not essential providing the applicant is a quick learner.
