Overview

A Leading Vehicle Enhancement Centre where vehicles are prepared for customer handover and commercial vehicles are being built to fleet customers specifications are looking for someone with strong Customer Service skills to join their team. It is a young and dynamic environment and as the company continues on its rapid growth therefore a new opportunity has arisen. Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily planning of the Production Support administrative team duties ensuring a proactive approach and accountability of the workload within the team. The main duties and responsibilities will include: · To supervise Productions projects/activities ensuring all relevant changes are communicated to the admin team and executed as required. · To have a full understanding of the Production Support functions to ensure all roles can be covered at all times. · To consistently review and streamline existing processes and procedures and drive continued service level improvements and efficiencies. · To ensure the highest level of customer service is projected at all times. · To deal with queries/complaints in a timely manner and escalated if necessary. · To assist the Management team in identifying and tracking performance measures both internally/externally in order to improve and achieve daily tasks. Skills/Attributes: · People Management Skills. · Working knowledge and experience of Customer Service Desk · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Outstanding Customer Service skills · A good working knowledge of IT systems and Excel (advanced) · A high degree of flexibility Salary & Package - £12.50p/h - 3 Month FTC - Opportunity to go permanent after the initial three month period.
