Overview

As a result of a pan European business transformation project, we are looking to recruit an HR Manager to support the business through the change management process from an operational and transactional perpesctive as well as overseeing a recruitment project which will see the office double in size over the next 6 months. A rare opportunity for a 'hands on' and adaptable HR Manager to challenge and grow with a global business. Client Details A global specialist communications business a presence in Europe, Asia and a UK head office in Slough, this business is the second largest name in it's field and is currently undergoing a huge business transformation programme moving to one central business model in the UK head office. Description Provide HR expertise and drive commercially led HR decisions to enable the business to proactively deliver. This includes employee relations, learning and development, resourcing and selection, performance and talent management processes. Implement the HR strategy and drive key change initiatives. This will include identifying specific HR priorities and developing appropriate action plans and deliverables. Coach and mentor managers in dealing with relevant HR challenges and enabling them to fulfil their potential, with a focus on improving how the team delivers in the new business model. Design, implement and develop HR policies and procedures in line with business objectives and relevant UK legislation. Produce timely and accurate reporting to the business, identifying any trends and areas of concern for action. Profile A minimum of 3 years' experience working in an operational and strategic HR Management role. CIPD qualification or a degree level qualification in Human Resources Management. Excellent working knowledge of current UK legislation and best practice. Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, under minimal supervision - a multi-tasker who is adaptable and able to prioritise. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside the strategic tasks that this role will dictate.
