Overview

We're currently working with a leading financial services firm on a new role in their small collaborative HR team. This position - Recruitment Business Partner will be the expert in the team for all recruiting needs across back office. Joining them to essentially pull together recruitment processes that the HR generalists historically managed and create a new recruitment function/role within the team. The aim of this hire is to improve processes and decrease cost and time to hire whilst also improving candidate experience. As Recruitment Business Partner you would achieve this by developing new approaches to attraction inclusive of: Creating and managing pipelines via direct sources and engaging with passive talent Building strong relationships with stakeholders internally, supporting them with hiring strategy and managing hiring process to and inclusive of offer stage Review PSL and be responsible for tracking and reporting Further to this you will be responsible for managing external relationships, ensuring candidates are tracked and engaged with throughout processes, interview individually and alongside hiring managers and so on. Candidates suitable for this opportunity will: Have experience in an in-house recruiting position Have worked in the financial services sector most recently Have well developed interview skills Be highly experienced in sourcing techniques / medias and especially experienced in LinkedIn as a resource for candidates Be educated to degree level or equivalent
