The Opportunity There is an opening here for an experienced paraplanner to join a technical team, with a progression plan to Partner available. In fact, they will only consider new hires who they feel will successfully develop into a good Partner one day, effectively handing over to you the reins of the business once the current Partners’ reach retiring age. This opportunity is open to candidates’ who confidently consider themselves to be articulate and bright, possess exceptional attention to detail and are ultimately ambitious. An exceptional Educational Background Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning desirable Previous experience dealing with pensions and investments products. The ability to conduct fact finds and to write high quality suitability reports.
