Overview

We are looking to recruit a talented Internal Communications Manager to join an ambitious leading law firm based in the City of London. The firm is widely recognised for its collegiate and supportive working environment and is very well respected within its specialist field. The Internal Communication Manager will support global business units and other teams ensuring plans, communications programmes and evaluation are delivered in a timely manner, aligned with the firms approaches. You will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications, focusing on the following key areas: Managing the internal communications planning, programmes and communications measurement of the firms GBUs. Ensure key target audiences understand GBU strategies, ensuring your internal communications programmes increase engagement Work with senior GBU stakeholders to identify how internal communications can support in delivering against their strategic and business goals. Understanding and engagement with the Firm's Tech Group strategy Work closely with the Risk and Compliance function to ensure their messages are delivered across the Firm support the Global Head of Internal Communications and deputise for this role with the aim of broadening the scope of internal communications Interact with the firms most senior partners and heads of the business Work with a range of internal stakeholders Improve overall quality of internal communications across the firm Develop other members of the BCM network and improve the skills and competence of the firm’s global BCM team To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in managing complete internal communications projects and initiatives across the international organisations, experience in developing and implementing internal communications and planning, ideally in a legal firm. You must show initiative and have the ability to build working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
