Overview
A continuously growing business in Fareham is currently recruiting a full-time Collections Agent on a permanent basis. The successful Collections Agent will have access to a generous holiday package, onsite parking and opportunity to grow with the business The Collections Agent will be part of a team of 4, working closely with the Billings Manager in order to collect outstanding monies, focusing on query resolution. This role would suit a pragmatic Collections Agent who thrives on the success of collecting outstanding debt. Reporting to the Billings Manager, you will be responsible for: Taking payments over phone and email Managing invoice queries and issuing credit notes / rebates Case outstanding collections via phone and email Support with court proceedings for non-payments Query resolution Set up / update / maintain client accounts Payment plans Direct debits What you will need: Experience in job roles such as; Collections Agent / Debt Collections / Credit Controller / Sales Ledger Clerk / Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant / Credit Supervisor / Debt Collection Agent / Recoveries Clerk / Collections / Collector Good communication skills Confidence to deal with customers via phone and email Excel What you will get: Pension 25 days holiday Onsite parking Benefits package The Niche Partnership is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this role.
