Overview

Our client based in London is looking for an Accounts Administrator to start ASAP. The main duties are: Processing invoices - inputting, coding and matching invoices Downloading daily Bank Statements Taking cheques to Bank daily, including preparation of the appropriate paperwork Monthly bank reconciliations Assisting in credit control duties and track any arrears Load invoices in system for weekly BACS run Scanning & Saving processed invoices Respond promptly to all queries Maintain the filing system Contribute to company projects as required Provide cover as required for other functions within the finance team. The suitable candidate will have good experience of accounts administration. You need to have good knowledge of financial booking-keeping, comfortable in the use and of accounting systems preferably in property. You need to have excellent inter-personal skills; ability to communicate and relate well with people from a variety backgrounds and levels, excellent attention to detail, able to work well under pressure, a team player and have a positive outgoing outlook. You need to be motivated and driven, have advance knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, and prior knowledge of TRAMPS system.
