Overview
We are recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator on a full time permanent basis for a successful IT company in Stratford Upon Avon. Free parking on site, casual dress and a friendly team Salary is £16,000. Main duties of Helpdesk Administrator: Offering first line response, incorporating initial troubleshooting and acting as ongoing point of contact in relation to tickets logged, the ideal candidate will need to be technically aware, organised, efficient and possess good interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with customers and colleagues – as well as third party companies where relevant. With duties including dealing with incoming calls and emails from customers, first line response, logging and managing tickets on our Helpdesk platform, being the central point of coordination between all relevant parties, as well as utilising your diary-management, database-maintenance and reporting-producing skills, you will be an integral part of the team. Ongoing training and development would be fully supported by the company and the role carries the opportunity to make the position your own and progress to a supervisory role in time.
