Overview
Are you an experienced Receptionist with a background in professional services? Do you have a polite, professional, and friendly manner with excellent telephone etiquette? Then this is the role for you. Our client, a leading pensions provider, is looking for a Receptionist to work at the heart of their talented team. In this role you will: Welcome all visitors into the office, and informing the relevant host upon their arrival Answer all calls politely and professionally - directing calls to the relevant teams when requires Manage room bookings Carry out general office administration including scanning, photocopying and post management Assist the Facilities Assistant with stock management as and when required About you: You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint You have a confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills both verbally and written You have experience working within professional services Experience working with a switchboard would be an advantage, but not essential You are able to prioritise workloads effectively About the firm: Industry leaders in self-invested pensions A firm that offers opportunities for advancement, and puts an emphasis on employee career progression A strong focus on robust service, modern technology and innovation If this role sounds of interest, please contact Amira at Flair for Recruitment for more information.
