Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotating shirt pattern (08:00-17:00, 09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00 & 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:30-12:30) Summary: Do you enjoy working in a fast paced busy environment? As a Helpdesk Consultant you’ll be the first point of call for our clients and deal with queries on a variety of topics. Be part of our success story and build a career on our Helpdesk with our development programme; we offer an attractive salary which increases as you develop within your role. All Helpdesk Consultants start on £19,500 and once you start on our dedicated Pensions or Investments teams your salary will increase to £22,250. If the idea of further education appeals to you, we will support you to complete qualifications and become multi-skilled on the Helpdesk. This can earn you up to £26,000. Do you have financial services experience? No problem if you don’t, you’ll start our dedicated training programme on day one. Our friendly and knowledgeable training team will provide all the support that you’ll need to ensure you feel confident in your role and to fully prepare you to assist our clients with their wide-ranging queries.
