Project Manager - Fantastic lifestyle Benefits We are very pleased to be working as the EXCLUSIVE recruitment partner with our long-term Client whom are looking for 2 senior Project Managers to expand their team delivering large-scale internal programmes of delivery across a very successful global operation, although the roles will be purely based in Coventry. Please note that both opportunities are initially for a 2 year Fixed term Contract on a permanent basis and will receive all the benefits of a permanent member of staff, though due to continued growth there is the possibility it could lead to a permanent post for the right person As well as offering as offering a flexible approach to work environment, this excellent opportunity offers a permanent salary up to £50k (depending upon skills/background) and a fantastic benefits package with 38 Days Holidays additional 8 days Bank holidays (holidays increase by 2 days after 2 years' service), Excellent pension scheme, staff voucher discount scheme, onsite discounted Childcare facilities, onsite discounted Gym and cycle to work scheme: Both Project Manager positions will involve working on concurrent multiple projects, for a complex transformation programme that will focus on the business & IT strategy across a number of internal divisions, where you will be responsible for the planning, resources and delivery for successful completion within budget & timescales. Key Responsibilities will include: bringing together multiple business streams under this specific portfolio; project plans; tracking progress for phase two; producing project definition scope; managing budgets & project teams; senior stakeholder management; managing any project change; and effective documentation. Please note one position will require knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and or IT Infrastructure (from a Project management perspective) and the other requires experience of any of the following areas:- HR OR ERP System implementations/transformation and or SAP Success factors.
