This US firm with a reputation for innovation seeks ambitious Counsel looking for partnership to join its award-winning corporate department which includes some of the leading names across the globe and across industry sectors. The work of the department includes advising global clients to complete challenging mergers and acquisitions, to resolve crisis boardroom issues and advise on compliance issues and day-to-day corporate matters. A focus on the further development of its London office is very much part of the firm’s strategic plan, with continued ambition to resonate with the firm’s global corporate and transactional strengths especially in cross-border transactions. The firm seeks entrepreneurial and ambitious Counsel for partner roles in sectors that align with the firm’s, such as Life Sciences, Technology, Energy, Industrials and Infrastructure, FinTech. A highly-rated culture that prizes transparency and collegiality sets this firm apart. The right candidate will have to align on all fronts and be able to demonstrate BD track, but once on board, you will part of a real connected environment. A strong preference for US firm exposure but preferably with a stand-alone London practice.
