Overview
This leading international firm is seeking a partner with broad public company experience and strong interpersonal skills to join its highly respected corporate team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of listed company matters including public M&A transactions, bids, listings, securities, disclosure compliance, takeover code, fundraisings, directors duties and MAR. A decent following and demonstrably strong client relationships are required even though the team is already busy with a very good volume of work.
