Chef de Partie - Fine Dining Pub & Restaurant - Stamford Chef de Partie. Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their award winning country pub & restaurant in the Stamford area of Lincolnshire. They are looking for Chef who has experience of working at 1-2 AA Rosette standard in a quality kitchen. The Role Working on the all Section's except Pastry Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service Managing and ordering your own section Experience You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant Experience at 1-2AA rosette level Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent Knowledge of fine dining Salary & Benefits Salary Package to £25k inc tips Benefits All meals 28 days holiday Outstanding training and development Application.
