Overview
A casual Chef de Partie role is available at a tourist attraction in south Lincolnshire Role: The Head Chef of a popular attraction is seeking a Chef de Partie to work on a casual basis creating dishes for the restaurant and café which are open from 8am to 6pm.This is a high volume operation, with a fast paced kitchen creating classic dishes, light lunches, sandwiches and snacks.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be working within a passionate team of six where you will be required to run your section to the high standards that the visitors expect, maintaining your cooking standards whilst under pressure from large numbers of covers. Requirements: This role needs a Chef de Partie who can be flexible how many hours they work but is seeking a role which can offer good sociable hours.Previous experience at this level working in a good quality, busy fresh food kitchen is essential.
