Chef de Partie - 1AA Rosette Gastro Pub/Restaurant, £21k to £24k plus bonus - MUST Have Own Transport 5 days on, 2 days off - 3 splits and 2 straight shifts Do you want to work for a reputably company who look after their staff? Then this is a great opportunity to join a team of Chefs cooking to a very high standard and to learn and progress your Chef career. The Restaurant This Gastro Pub/Restaurant was awarded an AA Rosette for its food a couple of years ago. Very busy gastro pub/restaurant with two amazing senior Chefs are looking for a Chef de Partie to join their brigade of 6. Role Chef de Partie with all fresh food experience cooking to a high level, (not from a branded restaurant) who wants to learn and progress as a Chef, as we can train you further. A brigade of 6 in a modern friendly kitchen. A great opportunity for a Chef who wants to learn from some great senior Chefs. Your Experience A good all rounder Chef who who has cooked all fresh food, everything made from scratch to a high level. Experience from a restaurant, hotel or country house. A chef who has previous Chef de Partie experience would be ideal, but more importantly is the right working attitude and the willingness to learn and progress as a Chef.
