Head Chef - Slough - Stunning Residential Care Site - £27k An amazing opportunity has come about, for a passionate Head Chef to join a fantastic Care unit that is all about quality. You will be working for a leading care provider with unlimited potential for progression. Your role will consist of; Catering for 60 residents Designing and developing menu's for the this refined Care Catering operation Leading a team of 2 Carrying out the training and development of junior staff members Ensuring that all due diligence is up to date and completed to the highest standard This position offers great variety for any Head Chef coming from a Hotel / Restaurant background, with a fresh food focus. What is expected from the Head Chef; Attention to detail Strong leader Exacting standards Passionate and dedicated Strong craft background Knowledge of Care catering is greatly preferred but not essential You will be working for an innovative growing business that is passionate about investing within their teams.
