Overview

Our client - a highly popular restaurant with a fantastic reputation throughout Berkshire currently have a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Head Chef. Since opening its doors in 1988, the restaurant has grown considerably over the years and now encompasses the popular Restaurant & Bar, but also a cookery school, a chefs table and a bespoke events team. The restaurant are open every day for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. The Bar area is now very popular in the evenings with Live Music nights. This is an independently owned business which has enjoyed amazing Success over a 30 year period and is very well established in the community, Fresh Food Great opportunity. Package is 36K plus tips and bonus scheme 48 hours a week contract. Primarily split shifts with "some" straights when possible. Closed from 24th December to 26th December. Closed 1st and 2nd January. A la carte Restaurant experience if a must.
