An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join the ever growing family at LIMA. Critically acclaimed LIMA opened its doors in 2012 as one of the top Peruvian Restaurants in London, headed by Sergio Arocas in the kitchen and backed by Virgilio Martinez, owner and chef extraordinaire of Lima's Central Restaurant. Two years after, we opened Floral by LIMA, with a more casual vibe and a buzzing cocktail bar underneath: The Lost Alpaca. We are opening our arms and welcoming new team members to become part of the next step in our journey.
