Sous Chef – 5 Star Hotel – Watford, North London - £30k Our Client: This is one of the most luxurious 5 Star Hotels within the UK and they're looking for a highly experience Sous Chef to join their team. You will be an experience Junior Sous/Sous Chef with experience in doing many different cuisines to a large volume of covers working within a top 5-star establishment. This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Junior Sous/Sous Chef that has previous experience within 4/5 Star hotels and/or Rosetted kitchens that is looking for a new and exciting role within one of the most iconic hotels within the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of high standards within a high-volume establishment. Ideally you will have experience in training of junior chefs to help improve their techniques Responsibilities: Working within a brand-new restaurant. Reporting to the Head chef, you will be a vital part of the brigade. Training junior staff while working well within a large kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for your own section. You will need to be working very quickly to meet the high demands of the restaurant.
