SENIOR SOUS CHEF This Restaurant which is award winning, is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join its team. You will need a good knowledge of all cuisines and worked in a fast pace high volume environment preferably with a large team under your management This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing Head Chef and Executive Chef who both could help take your career to the next level. As Senior Sous chef, You will responsible for running all aspects of the kitchen in absence of Head Chef as well as being responsible for the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. A competitive salary package of £36,500 is available for the right Sous Chef.
