A Sous Chef role is available at a fresh food pub located in North Yorkshire Role: A country village pub that offers high quality dining in its restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to working in the kitchen in the team of four chefs.This is a busy dining capable of serving up to 100 covers during the busiest periods with both ‘a la carte’ and specials menus featuring a mixture of modern and traditional pub food as well as hosting small private dining events.As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef, helping with the management of the other chefs as well as assisting with kitchen management and creating new dishes for the menus. Requirements: The pub is seeking a Sous Chef who is looking for a long-term role where you can offer the company stability in the kitchen with a CV that highlights long term commitment in your previous positions.All chefs should have been cooking to a minimum of one AA Rosette level in their previous roles with good knowledge of high quality, modern pub food.
