Job Profile for Architect - DW140662 Our client, a growing RIBA chartered practice are seeking an Architect to join their growing team in Bideford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to join a well establsihed practice who pride themselves on the quality of their design work across a wide range of sectors. The most successful Architect should have a few years' experience post part III, as the successful Architect will be expected to have some job-running experience. Our client works on a variety of projects, most of which are within the commercial and residential sectors, however other sectors include educational and healthcare projects. Other responsibilites will include meeting & liassing with clients, produce strong technical drawings on Vectorworks and work well within a team as well as working alongside other proffesionals. Experience within either the commercial or residential sector will be advantagous to anyone applying due to many of the projects being within these sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architect to join a well established RIBA chartered practice in the Bideford area, working on a range of projects across all RIBA stages. The successful Architect will be able to work within a busy and supportive atmosphere to further their career. Architect Position Overview Meeting with clients and assessing their individual needs for a projects Running projects from Inception through to completion Work both independently and within a team Working on a variety of exciting projects, with project values in the millions Produce high-quality drawings on Vectorworks Architect Position Requirements Knowledge of Vectorworks advantageous Live in or around the Bideford area ARB/RIBA Charted Architect Team player & highly motivated Job running experience highly advantageous Experience working on either commercial or residential projects Architect Position Remuneration Competitive salary (DOE) Pension scheme Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Working hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
