You will be taking ownership of infrastructure projects and supporting our growing user community based in Bristol as well as our other offices around the UK. The role is primarily based in Bristol although occasional travel will be required as and when necessary. You will be working with some of the latest technologies in support, deployment, application management and cyber security as well as being a key member of the IT team. We always encourage growth from within the business, ensuring plenty of opportunities for those who are keen to progress their careers About You You will be an experienced, dynamic IT professional with keen troubleshooting ability along with a credible track record of successful delivering enterprise technology projects. To be successful in this role you will require an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Networking technologies, Windows desktop and Server operating systems. You will be competent in analysing re-occurring and frequent IT Support requests and be able to think outside of the box to identify service improvement opportunities. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise a high workload in a fast paced and pressurised environment. Required Experience Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network topologies, technologies & methodologies. Thorough understanding of DNS, DHCP and Group Policy. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Exchange A credible track record of successfully delivering enterprise technology projects.
