Senior Software Engineer / SharePoint / Agile Royston - with flexible / home working Competitive Salary 22.5% pension contribution Bonus Share Scheme Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer / SharePoint / Agile to join our team. Candidates will have a proven track record working with SharePoint within a structured development environment and experience using development tools. Background and Experience Needed: Experience of working with the following: · SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online · SQL Server 2012, 2014, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. · .NET Framework, XML, Web Service and IIS · PowerShell · Fluency with Site-Collection Administration · Workflow tools, such as Nintex, Microsoft Flow and InfoPath · Microsoft Azure & 365 platform. · Microsoft Power Apps Key Responsibilities: · Provide 2 nd / 3 rd line support as required for collaboration applications, via tickets received from the JMIT Service Desk. These include Service Requests, Incident, and Application Change Requests. These will be managed according to the service levels agreed for the applications in question. · Responsible for estimating, planning, and managing their tasks and reporting on progress. · Collaborating closely with all the other members of the team to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to. · Interacting with users as necessary to clarify requirements. · Maintain, enhance and develop solutions according to user stories captured in JIRA or other requirements documents. · Contributes to the review and creation of technical design to facilitate the delivery of change requests. · Ensure that all changes delivered are tested appropriately in line with JM standards. · Develop applications/services to design specifications in line with Architecture Technical standards. · Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with JM standards and policies. · Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
