Overview
Accounts Payable Supervisor Rate: Competitive£££ Consumer Additions are working with an FMCG business who are looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable Supervisor to support with busy workload Responsibilities: Matching of Supplier invoices to Goods Received Notes (GRN’s) and investigating variances with internal and external departments Produce weekly reports to determine cash flow requirements for upcoming payment runs Payment run review and approval Regular review and reconciliation of Supplier statements and managing expense claims. Maintain the supplier master data and the creating and updating documentation of all processes. Producing reports for the wider team to help with queries and reconciliations Regular communication with internal departments and external suppliers regarding any potential issues Maintain an overview of the Aged Creditor to ensure allocation is being kept up to date and that any debit balances are valid and have been reconciled. Setting and tracking of the team's KPI and personal objectives Supervising a team of AP (Stock) Clerks Key Requirements: Stock invoice experience Experience supervising a team is desirable Strong MS Office experience Good analytical ability Highly motivated, confident and organised individual Multi-currency experience
