Job title: Support Worker Location: Dunwood Court, Salisbury Road Sherfield English Nr Romsey SO51 6GR Hours: Part time weekends with flexible hours available Saturday and Sundays hours available - 8am - 8pm both days. These hours can be broken down to fit the interest of any potential suitable applicants. You’ll be a visible and reassuring presence for Owners, helping to provide security and peace of mind 24hrs a day with the knowledge that someone is at hand if needed, while maintaining all the communal areas and providing a safe environment for our home owners. Working in the Retirement Living sector provides fantastic personal reward and enhances the lives of our homeowner. About you The successful person will have fantastic customer care skills, be empathetic and enjoy a busy and varied role. Previous experience as a Support Worker is not essential, however a genuine interest in this sector is vitally important. You will be both supportive and reassuring and able to maintain confidentiality.You’ll know when to act with sensitivity and diplomacy but also have the efficiency and assertiveness to manage the safety of the Owners and the security of the development.
