Overview
Northern Diver is a rapidly growing company. Having been in business for over 40 years we have created an innovative and highly regarded product range within the recreational, Commercial, Offshore, Water Rescue and Military diving sectors. We have long-standing relationships with our existing customer base worldwide. We have seen year on year growth and have further exciting expansion plans in place, as a result we need to recruit a Quality Manager to join our finance team. Responsibilities: - Management Quality Systems and Internal Audits, Responsible for the total Quality and Environmental Functions (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) of the business - Looking after all the MOD (Ministry of Defence) requirements - Work closely with the Production team to improve production processes and quality control - Work closely with the new product development team to bring new products to market, under the company CE mark - Develop, support and coach employees in the operation and performance of quality assurance and control methods - Act as senior point of contact for compliance issues - Assist Engineering team in new product/process design and implementation to ensure effective quality control procedures are implemented - Support Inside Sales team to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements Benefits: Competitive annual salary 31 days paid holiday per year Easily accessible working location Free car parking Regular social events A modern, warm and friendly working environment SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience HOURS: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm LOCATION: Appley Bridge, WN6 9AE (near M6 - junction 27)
