My client is a medium-sized independent firm based in London’s prestigious areas; they are a 6- Partner firm with over 20 staff. The Partners have all previously worked in the Top 5 UK accountancy firms for over 10 years. They are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts and Audit Semi Senior to join their successful team. This firm works with a variety of owner managed businesses and family-run businesses, they offer accountancy services to a variety of sectors including construction, schools and professional practices. Their ethos is to build key relationships with the client by understanding them in-depth and to grow their business with exceptional turnovers. As Accounts and Audit Semi Senior your role will include: Split between 50% Audit and 50% Accounts open for negotiation Preparing full sets of Statutory Accounts for clients: accounts finalisation, file completion, presenting to management for review, tax computations Responsible for your own portfolios of large corporate clients and be the point of contact for these Meeting with clients to set expectations and walk them through the audit process Engagement letters and bank letters Ideal experience for Accounts and Audit Semi Senior: 1-year Audit experience in a UK accountancy practice University degree (Not in finance and accounting will be considered) ACCA/ACCA fully or part qualified Mentoring Junior staff What are the benefits for you? 20 days holiday Full study support for ACA/ACCA including study material and days off for exams without leave deduction Yearly social events Accounts and Audit Semi Senior £30,000 - £36,000 plus full study support Chelsea
