Offensive Security Engineer/AppSec specialist - Central London - Red Team, penetration testing, web app, appsec Outsource UKs Cyber team have an exciting opportunity for an Offensive Security Engineer to join a award winning organisation in Central London This is a really exciting time to join as the company have doubled in size in the last 12 months and your role will be to assist in creating and running an offensive security practice. Responsible for running red team exercises working with each business unit to ensure it is conducted in a responsible manner, you'll also perform penetration testing and infrastructure architecture reviews to discover weaknesses and provide assurance for platform features throughout the development process. The successful candidate will also be able to function autonomously hunting to identify potential vulnerabilities wherever they might be found throughout the organisation. Skiils Proven penetration testing abilities, especially in an enterprise environment. These will include the ability to use automated pen-testing tools as well as carry out manual pen testing Ability to pen-test and review web application, source code, operating system, and network security architectures; finding vulnerabilities and defining effective strategies for remediation and hardening. Conduct vulnerability research and assist with incident response as needed Gather threat intelligence and build approach for testing our environment against known threats We are looking for someone who has hungry app sec skills, maybe you have done bug bounty's or Hall of Fame, CI Pipeline, CVEs etc. What's in it for you?
