Temporary Administration Assistant role in Central Bristol with salary between £9-£10ph Your new company We are recruiting for an administration role in Central Bristol on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent. Your new company is working in the financial sector and looking for someone new to grow their admin team. The role will require you to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Your new role As an administration assistant your main roles and responsibilities will include - Answer incoming calls/ emails and direct enquires appropriately Organise and manage meetings and meeting rooms Data input Updating documents General ad-hoc duties What you'll need to succeed You will need to have experience in a previous administration role and have be confident using company systems. You must have experience of dealing with people over the telephone and email as well as being able to make quick decisions.
