Overview

8X Continuous Improvement Analyst positions in Newport - Up to £28,000 DOE benefits My client, a marketing leading provider in software and IT services, have an opportunity for eight Continuous Improvement Analysts to join the organisation on a permanent basis. The organisation is in a period of rapid expansion due to increased workload, so these roles offer excellent scope for career progression. The Continuous Improvement Analysts will work on a range of projects throughout the organisation, working closely with the wider CI team in addition to various cross-functional teams. You will take responsibility for building and analysing complex datasets, then presenting the information and findings to teams / leaders throughout the business. You will be responsible for preparing reports, MIS, identifying improvement opportunities and completing other Admin related work. Furthermore, you will identify areas for improvement, developing project plans for implementing improvements and monitoring new process to ensure they are implemented efficiently. Research and analysis, including mapping out workflows, identifying and removing waste and recommending solutions are also key requirements of this role. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: Experience of working in a Continuous Improvement role or a similar position Knowledge of Gap Analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Experience of applying appropriate Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies within a service environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A proven track record of creative problem solving and analytical thinking Experience of having worked in an operations or business environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar subject Previous experience of working in a Financial Services organisation Any formal training in continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma / Transactional Lean or similar) would be an advantage although it is not essential This position offers excellent scope for career progression plus a benefits package that includes: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increases with service) 6% matched contributory pension scheme Life assurance Recognition awards Refer a friend scheme Family friendly policies and more If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
