Would you like new challenge in a fantastic Complaints department that offers progression within a fast paced Call Centre? We are currently recruiting Complaints Executives to work within this large and professional company with amazing offices right in the heart of Newport. We need experienced individuals to join this business which is at the forefront of Financial Services. Complaints Executives are responsible for administering customer complaints in line with FCA regulations and the business' policies and procedures. It is very varied as you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and letter whilst keeping them updated on the progress of their case. You will investigate the complaint in order to address, escalate, or implement change and you will oversee the process to make final decisions based on evidence in order to provide customers with fair treatment and any necessary remedial action. Salary: £20,500 per annum Location: Newport Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Start date: Monday 27th April 2020 Key skills required for Complaints Executives: Some proven experience in handling customer complaints of any kind is ideal Excellent letter, email and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills A positive attitude and approach Complaints Executives benefits: No weekend work Local bus links make this job easily accessible.
