Business Analyst - Process Mapper 6 months Newport or Titchfield Inside Ir35 DBS check Are you a Business Analyst with strong skills in process mapping? This is a distinct piece of work with a focus on the "as is" and "to be" process models. You'll need to have strong communication and writing skills and be happy working with others to deliver the task. You'll also have experience in configuration management so that we have tracked versions for future reference. Responsibilities: Work in partnership with the Business Readiness lead, share knowledge and provide support so that our internal team are able to refine the maps as and when required. Map out processes 'as is' and 'to be' Provide demonstrations of the mapped processes to the wider team and invite feedback Draft guidelines, process flows, new business steps with screen shots, as required Gather feedback on all documentation, making changes where necessary Store maps in Divisional area and save versions Relevant Skills and Experience: min 6 months Strong skills in process mapping- Essential Experienced in presenting processes to a team- Essential Excellent communication and writing skills- Essential Experience in configuration management- Essential send in your cv to - Deadline for this role is 03/04/2020 Certes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
