Financial Planning Team Leader Leeds £25,000 - £35,000 Looking for a new challenge? Wanting to work for reputable organisation, who not only offers career development, but study support, Private Health Insurance, free onsite parking, and so much more NJR are currently working with a well-established firm of Financial Advisers who are now looking to expand by recruiting a pro-active and ambitious Administrator Team Leader to join their growing Financial Planning team based in North Leeds. You will be joining a small, successful team at a significant and pivotal time of growth, as well as benefiting from the opportunities a larger group provides; dealing with day to day coordination of the client service workload, providing full team management of our administrative support team. Responsibilities Full team management including supervision, regular one to ones, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues Contributing to future recruitment, appointment and induction of team members Identify individual and team learning and development needs and planning to meet these Servicing clients across a range of advisory areas inclusive of investments, pensions, protection, trust work & IHT/tax planning The use of Intelligent Office and our internal logs, ensuring that client records are complete and up to date Dealing with ad-hoc client and provider queries professionally and efficiently Candidates applying must have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners as a Team Leader . You will understand who the industry works, and be keen to develop your skills and progress within Financial Planning. Those applying must be Level 4 Diploma (DipFA) or be working towards this. Excellent communication skills are required. You will be smartly presented, offer first class communication skills, and have the ability to liaise with High Net Worth Individuals.
