Overview
Our client based in Kettering is looking to recruit a full time outbound Sales Advisor to join their friendly team. In this busy role as a Sales Advisor you will be responsible to make outbound calls to customers and bring them up to speed with new product ranges and generate and process orders. You will also confirm appointments for field based staff, you will re-introduce lapsed customers to my clients product range and you will be expected to follow up quotes and samples. You will be required to update internal systems accurately with comprehensive notes and manage call backs, you will arrange deliveries and respond to queries and complaints in a timely manner. To be considered for this Outbound Sales Advisor position you will have previous telephone based sales and customer service experience.
