Customer Service Administrator - 12 Month Contract Your new company Hays Office Support are currently working with a leading employer in York that is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join them to complete a 12 month contract. Your new role Duties will include providing customer service via the telephone and email. You will be assisting with customer queries and helping to process policy updates for customers. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need good communication skills. You will be IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. You will have a flexible approach to work and be comfortable supporting a busy team. What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a competitive salary.
