Overview
JOB- Quality Inspector / Junior Quality Engineer (Training provided) LOCATION- Milton Keynes TERM- Permanent SALARY- £20,000 - £25,000 dependant on experience We are looking for Quality Inspector / Junior Quality Engineer on a permanent basis in the Milton Keynes area with experience in the manufacturing industry. Your main duty will be to assist the Quality Management Team in the day to day running of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and carrying out inspection duties. This would be suitable for someone to progress in to a more quality focused role as full training on site will be provided. The Quality Inspector will ideally have the following attributes: Qualified in Engineering ideally (NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree or similar) OR Qualified by experience Previous experience working in a manufacturing business Knowledge of ISO9001 quality standards. Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written Experience of inspection within manufacturing. An interest in developing a career in quality. Be self-motivated and have a positive attitude Good problem-solving skills. The Quality Inspector role will involve: Ensuring that any failures are reviewed with manufacturing and engineering. Ensuring all products meet the required quality standards. Carrying out inspection of various products throughout manufacturing. Undergoing training to further develop quality skills.
