LOCATION: Barnwood, GLOUCESTER SALARY: up to £20,000 6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT As a member of the Purchase Ledger team you are responsible for the processing of supplier invoices for payment, accurately and in a timely manner . This role offers you the rather unique opportunity to develop and gain additional experience in a Finance setting with a global, enterprising organisation. The task will involve (but not limited to): Reviewing, checking and coding supplier invoices prior to authorisation Posting onto the accounting system Reconciling supplier statements Processing staff expenses Responding to supplier statements Purchase Order administration What you’ll bring… Strong numerical skills Excellent communication and organisation skills GCSE A-C in Mathematics and English Competent using MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) Flexible approach to working, ability to multitask and prioritise to meet agreed deadlines Who are Intrado… Connecting people with each other and the right information is mission-critical.
