Overview
Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work at our client's leading bakery site in Glasgow. The rate of pay is £8.72 per hour and the hours of work start at 6am, 8am and 6pm. Typically, shifts are 8 to 12-hours long; however, this subject to change to cover and meet business requirements. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Your time at work As a Production Operative at this site, your duties will involve: Packing baked goods Managing the hygiene and cleanliness of the bakery Preparing items for dispatch You will also adhere to all food safety and hygiene processes and procedures. Our perfect worker Our ideal Production Operative can work well as part of a team and is able to meet any production targets that are set. As there is a lot of moving and lifting involved in this role, some level of physical fitness will be required. You'll be comfortable working on your feet for the duration of your time at work. You will have a basic understanding of English, both written and verbal, as well as this, you'll also have a basic knowledge of numeracy. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
