Overview
Finance Manager Required Confident and experienced Finance Manager or Financial Accountant needed to join the Finance team at a multinational specialist manufacturer in Rugeley. This is an exciting opportunity for a part or qualified Finance Manager to take ownership of a thriving Finance Department and continue helping the business grow. The successful Finance Manager will also have the opportunity to help develop the businesses plans and strategy, take ownership of processes and control systems and build the Finance Department over the coming years. Fantastic opportunity for growth with this diverse and global business for a Finance Manager based locally to Rugeley. Finance Manager Position Overview Take ownership of Finance Department including compliance, financial systems, and business controls. Working closely with Board of Directors and Senior Management Completion and analysis of Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts Using Management Accounts data to build business strategy Financial Accounts to Trial Balance Liaising with External Accountants Budgeting and planning Ledgers (sales, purchase and nominal) Balance Sheet reconciliations VAT Returns Payroll Finance Manager Position Requirements Minimum 5 years in a similar role or demonstrable experience AAT, ACCA or ACA Qualification beneficial Qualified by experience encouraged to apply Flexible approach to work Can - Do attitude Hard worker Previous experience with Sage 200 very beneficial Finance Manager Position Remuneration Salary £35,000 - £40,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm Excellent bonus and benefits package to be discussed at interview Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
