Robert Half Finance and Accounting (Financial Services) are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer for an interim contract role with based in central London. The Company My client is a leading independent investment firm based in the Mayfair. Due to a leave, they require a contractor for the next 12 months. They are a growing business that can provide an opportunity for you to keep developing and get exposure to new financial reporting responsibilities. Role Reporting to the Finance manager, this is a fast paced and broad Accounts Payable role. Your duties will include the following: Ensure posting of Accounts Payable and cash payment batches into the accounting ledger in a timely manner Responsible for the timely review and approval of expenses ready for the month end Processing of multi-currency payments Reconciliations between Concur and Amex Responsible for investigating payment queries Help assist with month end tasks Assisting senior accountants with queries Your Profile You will be an Accounts Payable Officer with at least 3 years' experience with end to end Accounts Payable experience, in a high volume environment Experience using Concur a massive advantage Salary & Benefits This is an interim contract role based in Mayfair London. Based on experience this Accounts Payable position will be between £35,000- £38,000.pa The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
