Customer Service Specialist (Tri-lingual - Fluent in English, German and Spanish) Location: Sunbury-on-Thames Salary: £22,500 pa benefits bonus Working hours: 38.5 hours per week (8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday with 1 hour lunch and 8am - 3pm on a Friday with 30 minutes lunch) My client based in Sunbury-on-Thames is looking for a Tri-lingual Customer Service Specialist who is Fluent in English, German and Spanish to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication skills. This position is primarily responsible for calls, emails, Social media and Chat queries. Duties: Receive incoming calls from customers; respond to their requirements in an efficient and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Logging daily activity in CRM database Provide first level technical support Logging calls as Service Requests when they exceed first level support in CRM and escalating to the Technical Support team Monitoring service levels, managing live chat requests and Email database In accordance with company procedures manage logistical issues such as RMA Person Specification: Fluent in English, German and Spanish Experience using Social platforms such as Twitter / Facebook / Youtube Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience or customer facing duties Active team player with a positive work attitude
