Principle Accountability: As a Customer Account Specialist, your typical day may include: + Maintenance of Customer Accounts across the EMEA region. Establishing robust processes for account changes in order to improve accuracy and minimise complaints + Documenting all processes relating to customer account changes including market requirements. Driving compliance across the region in order to minimise risk to the business + Improving the relationships and knowledge of business processes between customer supports and the local sales and marketing department + Driving process improvements for New Accounts to ensure we maximise sales potential from the beginning Qualifications Experience and Skills: + Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills together with sound administrative skills are essential to the success of this role + The ability to work effectively within a high pace environment + High degree of compliance focus + Excellent organisational skills + Great at Microsoft Office tools + SAP knowledge It would be an advantage should you be able to communicate in any of those languages, such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Finish, Swedish or Dutch.
