Salary: £22,500 pa excellent benefits travel allowance An International company based in Sunbury on Thames is looking for a German, Spanish and English speaker. This position is primarily responsible for calls, emails, social media and Chat queries from throughout EMEA Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls, emails and live chats Provide first-level technical support Manage live Chat requests Work closely with key accounts Participate in regular hands-on product training to increase product knowledge Provide regular and timely updates to customers Other duties required Profile: Fluent in Italian, German and English are essential. Excellent skills in administration and customer service Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills Computer-literate with working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Positive work attitude
