Are you seeking a challenging role which will develop and implement systems for gathering analysing, verifying and reporting financial information. Our client is looking for a Finance Manager who will be a Qualified Accountant with several years experience of both the financial and management accounting process. You may be holding a similar role in your current company or you will have hybrid type background. Working within a large accounts department and managing two teams of accountants each headed up by a senior qualified accountant. As Finance Manager your role will be to : Provide financial analysis statements including monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash flows statements, and actual to budget and last year variance analysis. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to financial management, budget and accounting. Keeping track of a business' financial status by closely monitoring revenue, expenses, and future budget changes while evaluating financial data You will guide other departments by applying observations and recommendations to their financial operations. Manage the daily activities of the two teams and be a point of reference You will be required to mentor and develop the teams Our client is experiencing a period of transformation and further growth with exciting plans to include implementing a new ERP system over the coming year.
